My website sales comply with all UK distance selling regulations 2000

All delivered goods will require a signature upon receipt. Notification of expected delivery date will be supplied by us.

If specific dates and times are required for delivery a fee may be required dependent on specification IE Before 10am, Saturday deliveries

Failed deliveries will recieve two attempts then if unsuccessful a fee will be required for further attempts to be made.

No quibble returns, valid within 7 days of receipt.

Goods received in a damaged conditions must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of goods and please send photographic evidence as this is required to enable us to claim against damage in transit.

We do not pay for return shipping costs.

Payments must be received in full unless otherwise agreed prior to disptach. 

Shipping usually takes between 5-7days for work in stock. Out of stock prints  may take up to 10 days and commission work may take longer, updates will be provided.

Commission payments are non- refundable.

Prints will be sent as either rolled paper or canvas, or pre-stretched canvas as stated in the listings.

We here by verify that all artwork on the site is original unless otherwise stated as print. Upon purchasing goods you, the purchaser own the canvas or board and others matertials applied to the surface but we retain the copyright. No part of the works sold by us can be copied in part or full in any form without prior permission granted by us the seller. We retain the right to withdraw permission of use at any time.
